Milad Gerayelou
Milad joins the firm as a Partner focusing on property and commercial law. He has experience in real estate transactions (acquisition and disposals), leasing (commercial, retail and industrial), management rights, titling and structuring, and off-the-plan developments, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use and large scale developments.
Before becoming a solicitor, Milad completed his masters in public policy and administration at Carleton University, Ontario, during which he worked in both the private and public sectors.
His expertise encompasses the broad spectrum of commercial and property transactions with experience also in finance, loans, wills and estate.
