The Chief Judge has issued 11 new Practice Directions for the Planning and Environment Court in the interests of the just and expeditious conduct of proceedings, primarily in Brisbane.
Although the Practice Directions will not have effect until March 2024, because of their substance, the judges of the Court in Brisbane will conduct a seminar on Thursday 14 December to introduce the documents to practitioners and expert witnesses.
