The Chief Magistrate of Queensland has issued today PD 4 of 2024, amending Appendix A of the Practice Direction to include the QCase commencement date at various court locations.
QCase commences at Beenleigh, Cairns, Coolangatta, Ipswich, Longreach, Mackay, Rockhampton, and Townsville Magistrates Courts on Monday 29 April 2024.
