The Downs & South West Queensland Law Association (DSWQLA) welcomed new practitioners to the committee after its annual general meeting on 14 December 2023.
Attendees reflected on 2023, which included the inaugural Law Awards, and thanked the outgoing members of the committee.
At the election, the 2024 Committee and Executive were appointed.
Executive Committee – President: Alysha Jacobsen; Vice-President: Kirstie Smith; Secretary: Sarah de Wit;
Treasurer: Alex Edwards and Immediate Past President: Bill Munro.
General Management Committee – Sarah-Jane MacDonald, Naomi Cox, Miranda Woodland, Erin McDonald, Alexandra Richards, Nina Edwards, Paige Hetherington and Francene Ridley.
The student representative is Rasha Abualhasan.
