Elisabeth Baulch
Elisabeth is a lawyer who has worked across many disciplinary jurisdictions and has particular expertise in the area of criminal law, misconduct investigation and inquiries.
She is highly experienced in the area of coronial inquests and inquiries having worked on some of the most high-profile coronial proceedings and Inquiries which have occurred in Queensland and interstate in the past decade.
Elisabeth regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Magistrates Court and instructing counsel in the District and Supreme Court. She also forms part of the Gnech and Associates management team as Legal Practice Manager.
Elisabeth’s interest in criminal law was sparked by volunteering at a not-for-profit organisation with a predominant focus on advocating for young people between the ages of 10-18 years who are facing criminal charges.
