Queensland Environmental Law Association, Queensland Law Society and the Queensland Bar Association invite practitioners to next week’s second seminar on the recently released Planning and Environment Court Practice Directions.
The speakers at the Planning and Environment Court Practice in Merits Appeals seminar include barristers Ben Job KC and Mitchel Batty KC, and Michael Connor, Partner at Connor O’Meara.
His Honour Judge Williamson KC is a special guest and will contribute to the discussion.
This seminar will involve a more detailed examination of particular matters covered in Practice Direction 3 of 2023, including issues in dispute and which hearing stream is applicable.
It will be held on Thursday, 21 March, from 5-7pm at Allens, Level 26, 480 Queen Street, Brisbane.
