The Stage 3A rollout of QCase encountered some technical setbacks at the weekend, and four of the eight locations scheduled to go live today will now be delayed.
Beenleigh, Coolangatta, Longreach and Mackay Magistrates Courts are live today as planned.
Courts and tribunal users in these locations can now access the new civil case management system via https://www.courts.qld.gov.au/services/qcase.
Cairns, Ipswich, Rockhampton and Townsville Magistrates Courts will not go live today and a revised schedule for these locations will be considered by the project board as a matter of urgency.
Filed documents related to existing civil matters (that were managed as paper files) will incrementally transition into QCase in priority order, beginning with those matters that are listed for hearing in the short term.
