Updates to Land Title Practice Manual

The Queensland Land Title Practice Manual (LTPM) has been updated, effective today – 22 April 2024.

The updated Land Title Practice Manual is available via Titles Queensland website.

Amendments have been made to multiple parts of the LTPM in this update, noting the following changes in particular:

• Part 14 – Clarification that a separate request is required to be lodged for each registered proprietor who is changing or correcting their name on title (see 14-2010);
• Part 18 – Clarifying practice in relation to electronic signatures being used on a Form 18A (see 18-4070);
• Part 21 – Inclusion of the updated requirement for consent by the executive director of the Wet Tropics Management Authority to certain plans (see 21-2235).
