Modules focus on coercive control legislation

Two online training modules have been developed to support the new coercive control legislation that starts on 26 May 2025.

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) has now released the foundational modules to government agencies, non-government organisations and community groups.

The modules have been developed in line with the Domestic and Family Violence Training and Change Management Framework which was released in April.

The modules can be found on the Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research (QCDFVR) website.

Additionally, the modules are available on the new DJAG Need to Know site. This site allows learners who do not wish to provide their email and register through QCDFVR, to access the modules anonymously.
