New Townsville solicitor Tullia Rohrsheim knows she has strong support from her Keir Steele Waldon colleagues as evidenced by their presence at her admission sitting last month.
The paralegal was admitted in Townsville on 13 December along with Holly Reincastle, Jessica Oudyn, Rachael Hewitt and William Gallagher.
Tullia was grateful for her collegaues’ encouragement and proud to be part of the team.

“What I remember most about the admission ceremony is the mix of nerves and excitement. But more than anything, I recall the overwhelming sense of gratitude as I stood surrounded by my family, friends, and colleagues,” she said.
“Their unwavering support has been a cornerstone of my journey, and having them there to celebrate with me as I embarked upon the next stage of my legal career made it all the more meaningful. I am extremely thankful for their encouragement, which has been instrumental in getting me to where I am today.”
Tullia said her passion for law stemmed from a “love of learning and an intrigue about how the law intersects with nearly every aspect of life”.
“I love the idea of being able to build strong relationships with clients whilst helping them navigate what might often be the most difficult, emotional and challenging times of their life.”
She asked colleague Claudia Leslie to move her admission.

“Since joining the firm, Claudia has been an exceptional mentor, demonstrating immense patience and willingness to assist me as I navigated the early stages of my role,” Tullia said.
“Claudia took the time to explain things thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable asking any questions, no matter how small. Her guidance has been invaluable in helping me settle into the role and build my confidence.”
Tullia is excited to embark on the next chapter of her legal career.
“While I’m keen to build a broad knowledge base, I have a particular interest in family law and litigation. These areas resonate with me because they often involve helping clients navigate deeply personal and challenging circumstances, which I find both rewarding and intellectually stimulating,” she said.
“My goal is to become a well-rounded lawyer, skilled in various aspects of legal practice, whilst developing a deeper expertise in the areas I’m most passionate about. I also hope to work closely with colleagues to learn from their experiences and insights, as collaboration is key to personal and professional growth.
“Beyond just legal practice, I’m committed to giving back to the community, and I would love to contribute through pro bono work if possible.
“Ultimately, my ambition is to continue evolving as a lawyer, with a focus on helping clients whilst furthering my own knowledge in the field.”
