QLS is seeking member feedback on how frequently the interactive Client Authorisation Form is used by solicitors in eConveyancing and how it is incorporated into practice management systems.
The Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) has been notified that the interactive Client Authorisation Form (CAF) on the ARNECC website is not displaying correctly.
The form has been removed from the website and a word and flat-form pdf version are available for use.
Members’ feedback will be provided to ARNECC to inform their next steps.
