With more than 17 years of experience exclusively in plaintiff personal injury law, including a decade as an Accredited Specialist, Amanda’s appointment further strengthens TSP’s senior legal capability across both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Managing Partner Travis Schultz said Amanda’s arrival marked an important milestone in the firm’s growth and strategic direction.
“Amanda is an exceptional lawyer – highly credentialed and deeply principled. We’re thrilled that someone of her calibre, who also aligns so perfectly with our vision and purpose, has chosen to join TSP,” he said.
“I’m very proud that TSP now holds the highest number of QLS Accredited Specialists of any law firm in Queensland – across all fields of practice.”
Amanda has built a strong reputation in personal injury litigation, with a particular focus on complex claims involving catastrophic injuries, head trauma and medical negligence. Equally committed to mentoring junior lawyers, she is passionate about contributing to the profession while continuing to deliver outcomes that matter for clients.
“What I value most about this area of law is that it’s really about people – helping and supporting individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own,” she said.
“Many of my clients have never dealt with the legal system before and can be against insurers that don’t always treat them fairly. I’m passionate about guiding them through the process, making sure they feel heard and informed, so they can get back on their feet as best as possible.”
As a member of the QLS Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee, Amanda also helps shape the future of personal injury law in Queensland.
She serves as Director of Concussion Australia Ltd, a not-for-profit committed to improving education and support in the head trauma space.
