CGW adds corporate advisory Partner

Cooper Grace Ward has welcomed Phil Vickery as a new Partner in the firm’s corporate advisory practice.

Phil has joined from international law firm K&L Gates and brings with him extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, contracts, corporate governance and compliance.

Phil has developed a reputation for his expertise across various industries including agribusiness, franchising, health and technology.

Cooper Grace Ward Managing Partner Charles Sweeney said he was delighted to have Phil join the firm.
