The focus turns to the Planning and Environment Court for the next instalment of the Modern Advocate Lecture Series 2025.
Judge Michael Williamson KC and Judge Nicole Kefford will present Lecture Two at Law Society House, Brisbane, on Tuesday, 19 August, from 5.30pm to 7.15pm.
Their Honours will explore a range of topics that are commonplace in their jurisdiction, as well as emerging trends.
The session, which is designed for emerging lawyers, will include a 10-minute Q&A, followed by an opportunity to network over light refreshments.
The lecture is also available via livestream and is worth one CPD point.
