The Queensland Drug and Alcohol Court (QDAC) advises referrals have been re-opened after a backlog was addressed.
The program is still close to capacity which may result in a further closure of referrals but for now they have immediately re-opened.
The processes for initiating a referral to QDAC remains unchanged.
