Call for Queensland nominee for Law Council EO committee

The Queensland Law Society has been invited to provide a nominee to join the Law Council of Australia’s Equal Opportunity Committee.

The Law Council’s Equal Opportunity Committee exists primarily to advise the LCA on matters related to inclusion and diversity and achieving equality of workplace opportunity within the Australian legal profession. 

Members of the advisory committee are appointed for an initial period of three years.

1. A cover email or letter setting out your interest and suitability in being nominated for this role;
2. A copy of your CV or link to your professional profile or LinkedIn; and
3. Confirmation of your QLS membership status.

All applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application by the end of July 2026.
