Roberts Litigation has strengthened its commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with the appointment of Russell Hall as Senior Associate.
Mr Hall practises primarily in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with experience across contractual disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, property and construction disputes, debt recovery proceedings, and general litigation.
Before joining Roberts Litigation, Mr Hall practised at Stone Group Lawyers, where he worked across complex commercial and civil disputes, including insolvency litigation, construction disputes, shareholder disputes and regulatory matters.
Partner Brodie Roberts said Mr Hall’s appointment reflected the firm’s continued growth and focus on complex disputes work.
“Russell brings strong litigation experience across a broad range of commercial matters and is well regarded for his strategic and practical approach to dispute resolution. He’s a welcome addition to the team,” Mr Roberts said.
