Colin Biggers & Paisley has promoted Stephen Webb to Partner in Brisbane’s property and development group.
Mr Webb joined the practice in 2022 and brings more than 10 years of experience across all aspects of property and development law.
He advises on end-to-end property development, supporting clients across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. He also advises on broader property transactions and leasing matters.
Mr Webb excels in advising on mixed-use, residential, and commercial property projects.
His skills include drafting and negotiating property contracts, conducting due diligence, advising on titling structures, handling off-the-plan sales, and managing large-scale project conveyancing. He also provides guidance under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld) and the Land Sales Act 1984 (Qld).
Mr Webb has been recognised in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Australia every year from 2024 to 2027 for his expertise in Real Property Law and for Leasing Law in 2024 and 2027.

Ten lawyers have also been promoted, with a further 12 senior appointments joining the practice across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in property, construction, insurance, corporate and commercial and pro bono.
The Brisbane appointments include Special Counsel Mitchell Jenson and Graeme Matheson (insurance), and Senior Associate Stephanie Purser (construction).
