Gold Coast firm Cronin Miller Litigation has announced the promotion of Shelley Forrest to Partner – Wills and Estates, and the appointment of Riley Hickey as a solicitor.
Ms Forrest has built a strong reputation for her expertise across all areas of wills and estates, including strategic succession planning and structuring, estate administration and estate litigation.
As Head of Wills and Estates, she leads the firm’s practice in this area advising clients on complex succession matters with practical, commercially minded advice and a strong technical understanding of the law.
Ms Hickey joined the team in May 2026. She has acted in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on building and construction disputes.
Ms Hickey brings experience in advising and acting for clients across various stages of litigation with exposure to matters across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
