Mullins has announced three internal promotions for 2021, including Chris Herrald (Wills and Estates) to Partner, and Rachel Coleman (Insurance) and Veena Jattan (Commercial Disputes and Insolvency) to Senior Associate.
Chris Herrald
Chris has practised in wills and estates for more than a decade and has been promoted four times since commencing with the firm in 2011. She has served on the STEP Queensland Committee for over five years and has been re-elected to serve as Chair again in 2021. Chris is also immediate past Deputy Chair of the Queensland Law Society Succession Law Committee, having served on that committee for six years. She has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide for five consecutive years.
Veena Jattan
Senior Associate Veena commenced with Mullins in 2019 and is a member of the Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team. Veena has been in the legal industry for more than 10 years and has worked in commercial law firms and as an in-house legal counsel. She advises on a range of civil, commercial and regulatory matters, from small debt disputes to significant and complex commercial litigation. She also has a particular interest in insolvency.
Rachel Coleman
Senior Associate Rachel is a member of the Insurance Litigation team and has worked in personal injuries law for more than 10 years. Her areas of expertise include workers’ compensation, compulsory third party and public liability insurance – including defending claims for personal injuries damages on behalf of statutory and self-insurers.
