Ashley brings more than 25 years’ experience acting in complex disputes both in Australia and internationally. His appointment marks another significant milestone in Mullins’ ongoing growth strategy, following the firm’s recent expansion into family law.
Admitted in Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Ashley has previously worked at top-tier Australian law firms and spent five years overseas with international firms in Dubai and Singapore.
His global experience spans six continents, acting for major clients in sectors including mining, oil and gas, aviation, technology, agriculture, insurance, property and financial services.
He has been recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia since 2014 across multiple categories, including litigation and international commercial arbitration, and is listed in Doyles Guide as a leading Queensland commercial litigator.
