The Chief Justice today issued three new practice directions – Practice Directions 4, 5 and 6 of 2021.
The practice directions relate to a change of name for Moloney MacCallum Abdelshahied Lawyers, a change of address for Kruger Law and a change of address for Axia Litigation Lawyers Pty Ltd, respectively.
On 3 March, the Chief Justice issued Practice Direction 3 of 2021, which advised of the name change of Quinn and Scattini Lawyers to Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers, while Practice Directions 1 and 2 of 2021, issued on 25 January and 25 February respectively, advised of a change of address for Ellem Warren Lawyers.
