A new form has been developed to assist in providing uniformity in the processing of appeals in the Magistrates Court against a State Penalty Enforcement Registry (SPER) refusal to cancel an enforcement order (s58 State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999).
While people should be encouraged to use the form, registry staff will accept an appeal in any written form.
