FCFCOA updates complaints policy on reserved judgment delays

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has reviewed its complaints policy on delays in the delivery of reserved judgments.

The policy has now been updated to include that a complaint may only be referred by the President of the relevant Bar association or law society after a period of six months from the date of the hearing or receipt of written submissions has elapsed.
