The Queensland Law Society Council has terminated the appointment of receivers for Walsh Halligan Douglas, Brisbane.
Notices of the termination has been authorised by the QLS General Manager, Regulation, under Section 527(2) of the Legal Profession Act 2007.
The receivership commenced on 3 August 2019, and the termination of the receivership took effect from 29 August 2022.
