The Chief Judge has amended elements of the District Court Commercial List from Practice Direction No.11 of 2020.
The new Practice Direction No.13 of 2022 removes Judge Jones and adds Judge Jackson KC to the Commercial List judges.
It also adds the Gold Coast and Rockhampton registries as regional registries where items may be placed on the Commercial List.
