Moray & Agnew has announced a number of senior promotions effective 1 January 2023, including two Queensland-based appointments.
Maureen Carrigan has been promoted to Partner.
Maureen Carrigan
Maureen has more than 15 years’ experience in personal injuries, CTP claims and insurance litigation. This includes significant experience in managing defendant CTP litigation, both in Queensland and New South Wales. Maureen has a particular interest in the defence of dependency claims for wrongful death, and also has experience in catastrophic injury claims.
Jordan Sacco has been promoted to Special Counsel.
Jordan Sacco
Jordan has more than seven years’ experience advising government clients across a range of practice areas, including administration law, health law, work health and safety, employment law, freedom of information, privacy and workers’ compensation matters. She has also advised on Commonwealth compensation schemes and assisted statutory committees to run inquisitorial hearings.
