The Federal Court of Australia is to hold a special sitting to farewell Chief Justice James Allsop AC ahead of his retirement from the bench later this month.
This will be the last sitting his Honour will attend in Brisbane, so practitioners are invited to join Queensland Law Society President Chloé Kopilović in thanking his Honour for his service at the event.
The sitting will be held at 9.30am on Friday 17 March at the Harry Gibbs Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 119 North Quay, Brisbane.
