Titles Queensland has advised that revised fees (FY23/24) will take effect from 1 July 2023.
The revision is in accordance with Section 14 of the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021.
Titles Queensland’s online fee calculator will be updated to reflect these changes ready for 1 July 2023 and the updated fee list is now available.
