Chief Justice Bowskill has released Supreme Court Practice Direction 13 of 23 relating to Supervised Case List for proceedings involving self-represented parties: Civil Jurisdiction.
It applies to cases in the Supreme Court which, by direction of any judge of this Court, are placed on the Supervised Case List for proceedings involving self-represented litigants (SRL Supervised Case List).
It applies only to proceedings commenced in, or transferred to, the Brisbane Registry.
