Mark brings a wealth of expertise and capability in commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, real estate transactions (acquisitions and disposals) and other commercial and property-related work.

Throughout his career, Mark has established himself as a trusted advisor with highlights including: Acting for various institutional tenant clients including American Express, AMP, Australia and New Zealand, Bledisloe Holdings, Blue Care, Boral, Coles, Commonwealth Bank of Australia; Acting for various institutional landlord clients including Australian Unity, Becton, Boral, Brookfield, Charter Hall, Cockatoo Coal, Dexus, Federation Centres, GPT Group, Grosvenor, Hutchinson Builders, ING; and advised various clients on the acquisition and disposal of property and business related assets.

Mark’s addition to GLG Legal marks a significant enhancement to the firm’s commercial and property law division.

Mark focuses on commercial, industrial and retail leasing; providing legal support for property portfolio management including drafting client specific precedent documentation; carrying out and reporting on due diligence and risk assessment for purchasers, vendors and financiers.


Dallas Berry

Dallas has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, with the past 10 years primarily assisting with retail and commercial leasing for both landlord and tenant clients together with large commercial transactions.
