Mock trial seminar a learning opportunity

Early career lawyers can learn the key components of running a matter via a mock trial in Brisbane next month.

The Australian Lawyers’ Alliance will present its annual Queensland Mock Trial Seminar at the Banco Court on Thursday, 15 May.

Four Hemmant’s List barristers and a judge will speak on Proving your case: considerations for pure psychiatric injuries in a WorkCover context.

A networking function will follow at the Transcontinental Hotel.
