Holding Redlich appoints 2 Partners

Holding Redlich has promoted 24 lawyers across the firm, including new Partners Grace Wimberley (Property, Planning and Development) and Jeanne Vallade (Corporate and Commercial), based in Brisbane effective 1 July 2025.


Jeanne Vallade

Jeanne Vallade brings more than 15 years’ corporate and commercial law experience. Dual qualified in Australia and France, she has advised boards and senior management of private entities and ASX 200 and CAC 40 companies.

Her practice covers cross-border and domestic M&A, foreign investment, corporate governance and regulatory compliance with a focus on energy, defence and technology.


Grace Wimberley

Grace Wimberley is an experienced commercial property lawyer with a focus on capital transactions, development and energy transition projects.

She is a trusted advisor to real estate investment trusts, hotel owners and operators, developers and renewable energy proponents, providing strategic advice across complex transactions and large-scale projects.


Caitlin Waldron

In addition to new Partners, Caitlin Waldron was promoted to Special Counsel earlier this year in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.

Four Brisbane lawyers have also been promoted to Senior Associates: Jade Paidel, (Property, Planning & Development), Kate Milward, (Construction, Infrastructure & Projects), Sam Billingsley-Dadd (Construction, Infrastructure & Projects) and Samantha Hill (Property, Planning & Development).

Katie Underwood in Brisbane is promoted to Associate in Property, Planning & Development, joining six other Associates appointed across the firm earlier this year.
