The Heads of Jurisdiction of the Supreme, District, and Magistrates Courts have determined that the period from Monday 29 December 2025 until Friday 2 January 2026 inclusive is designated as a court holiday – in accordance with Supreme Court Practice Direction 4 of 2025, District Court Practice Direction 10 of 2025 and Magistrates Court Practice Direction 4 of 2025.
There is a temporary cessation on execution of civil enforcement warrants from Saturday 20 December 2025 until Sunday 4 January 2026 inclusive.
