The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has published a new practice and procedure update regarding changes to several court forms.
The Courts have updated the following forms:
- Application for Review – family law and child support proceedings
- Application for Review – general federal law and migration
- Notice of Ceasing to Act
- Financial Statement Kit and Financial Statement (form only)
- Superannuation Information Kit – instruction pages only
- Application for Consent Orders kit – instruction pages only
- Balance sheet
A grace period for the use of the old versions of the forms will expire at close of filing on Friday, 30 January 2026.
