Titles Queensland is launching a range of new services later this month, including Hardship Priority Service and Fast Track examinations.
These new services are in addition to the Online Title and Image Searches and follow ongoing industry and customer engagement.
Fast Track will also be an optional service with accelerated examination of more than 90 dealing types with guaranteed turnaround times.
The Pre-Examination pilot offers early assessment of survey plans and related documents to reduce the risk of requisitions and delays. At this time, it is only available for projects involving 60 lots or more.
The Hardship Priority Service is an optional service that will offer priority processing to a customer who may be at risk of experiencing significant personal or financial impacts.
