In its centenary year, McCullough Robertson has announced 14 promotions including three female Partners effective from 1 July 2026.
The new Brisbane Partner is Rachel Jones in the planning and environment practice.
Ms Jones is a specialist planning and development lawyer focusing on planning and environment litigation, advisory work and compliance.
She acts for a diverse range of clients including private and commercial clients, property developers, submitters and local and state government departments across all facets of planning and environment law.

Other Brisbane promotions effective as at 1 July 2026 were Special Counsel David Saunders (construction and infrastructure), and Senior Associates: Caitlin Miller (litigation and dispute resolution), Karl Christensen (employment relations and safety), Melanie Gui (insurance and corporate risk) and Ulani Powell (planning and environment).
