MBA Lawyers has announced the promotion of Brendan Pitman and Tessa Calver-James to senior associate.
Brendan Pitman
Brendan joined the firm in 2016 and is experienced in corporate and commercial litigation matters, particularly in resolving body corporate disputes. In addition to studying a Master of Laws at the University of Queensland with a focus on dispute resolution and litigation, Brendan is also a semester teaching fellow at Bond University.
Tessa Calver-James
Joining the firm in 2017 after a role as in-house legal counsel for a property development company, Tessa supports clients with all aspects of body corporate law, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
