Interested parties have been invited to submit their perspectives on the current definition of ‘small business’ as defined under the Banking Code of Practice.
A survey being conducted as part of a small business review by corporate advisor Pottinger, on behalf of the Australian Banking Association, is seeking specific input on several topics. These include the importance of the Banking Code of Practice in ensuring appropriate standards are adopted by banks in relation to small business customers, and whether or not changes should be made to the criteria used to define what constitutes a small business.
The survey will close this Monday 19 October.
