Disaster help on hand

Practitioners are reminded that Queensland Law Society offers a variety of information resources for firms impacted by flooding or other disasters.

These include:

• Guidance for law practices where documents have been affected by flooding or extreme weather conditions.
• A Business Continuity and Succession Planning Guide and other practice management resources.
• Information on Work from home protocols, which may be useful for firms revising staff arrangements.
• This quick quiz from last year, that could also assist firms planning their response in the light of the pandemic.
