Survey: Climate change and civil legal need

Reminder: Survey closes 28 February

A new national survey is looking at how climate change is shaping civil legal need in the Australian context, and the role of the legal assistance sector in responding to that need.

The Climate Change, Legal Need & the Australian Legal Assistance Sector survey is seeking input from lawyers and allied staff who work with, or volunteer in, the legal assistance sector.

The survey has been approved by QUT Human Ethics (number 5983) and is being conducted as part of a PhD for Monica Taylor under the supervision of academics within the QUT Centre for Justice.

It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and will be open until 28 February.
