Brett Nelson has stepped into his new role as Director, Patents, of the firm’s intellectual property, technology and cyber security practice.

Brett brings extensive experience in cross-border intellectual property matters to the team. He is a US-registered patent attorney and was previously Managing Partner of Washington-based intellectual property law firm Lee & Hayes. Brett also has familiarity with providing legal advice in-house, and to diverse businesses in niche and major firms.
