Career Moves: McCullough Robertson

McCullough Robertson has announced the appointment of two new Brisbane partners Meg Morgan and Naomi Omundson, both of whom started as graduates with the firm.

Their promotions are effective from 1 July and among a raft of promotions including Special Counsels and Senior Associates in the Brisbane office.


Meg Morgan

Meg Morgan is a corporate lawyer experienced in unregulated mergers and acquisitions and who advises clients on all aspects of corporate transactions and foreign investment regulation.  She understands traditional energy markets and is well placed to capitalise on critical minerals as a growth area within the resources and renewables sector.


Naomi Omundson

Naomi Omundson is also a corporate lawyer with particular focus on equity and capital markets, regulated transactions and governance advice.  Naomi acts for clients across a broad range of industries but has a particular focus in the technology and life sciences space.

Special Counsel

Claire Meiklejohn (Project Approvals) has a particular focus on environmental and related legislation. Claire has advised on some of Queensland’s largest and most complex resources and renewable energy projects.

Kirby Amos (Digital and IP) structures and negotiates complex commercial arrangements, including for the procurement of ICT; supply arrangements for goods and services; and protection and commercialisation of intellectual property.

Michelle Guy (Finance) has a proven track record achieving timely and commercial outcomes for financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in both domestic and cross border transactions.
