The Department of Home Affairs has issued a letter to practitioners regarding Partner visa applications.
The department has asked that when submitting Form 956, practitioners clearly specify each applicable Partner visa subclass covered by the appointment.
Failure to do so means communication with the practitioner will be limited to the single application for the subclass submitted.
