The Uniform Civil Procedure and Other Rules Amendment Rule 2023, which amends the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Rules 2014 and the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 to increase the scales of costs to reflect movements in the Consumer Price Index and Wage Price Index, was made on 30 June 2023.
