The QCase civil case management system rollout for Magistrates Courts (Brisbane and Beenleigh) due next week has been delayed by a technical issue.
The issue is preventing completion of integration and testing activities necessary to progress Magistrates Courts functionality into the live QCase production environment.
The QCase Transition Team is taking urgent action to rectify this issue, and investigations are under way.
An updated QCase rollout timeline for Magistrates Courts will be provided and also be published on QCase | Queensland Courts.
The Transition Team has released a QCase Portal demonstration video, which is now accessible via QCase | Queensland Courts.
This video supports parties and their representatives to prepare for the rollout. It provides in-depth information about the portal’s functions and features.
