Queensland Courts and Tribunals is seeking input on a secure and efficient digital signature solution that is compliant with legal and security requirements and meets practitioner and client needs.
The Department of Justice is assessing various solutions that align with operational needs, legal frameworks and technology infrastructure.
As part of this assessment, Queensland Courts and Tribunals is consulting with key stakeholders and evaluating user requirements. Practitioners are asked to complete a five-minute survey by Friday, 23 May.
Queensland Courts and Tribunals is aiming to implement a digital signature solution at the end of this year.
