Carter Newell has announced the promotions of Julian Pryde, Construction & Engineering – Brisbane, and Matthew Algie, Insurance – Sydney, to Senior Associate.
Julian Pryde
Julian represents a diverse cross-section of project participants in the residential, commercial, civil, mining and infrastructure sectors, focusing on construction and engineering claims and disputes, and their strategic management and avoidance.
Matthew Algie
Matthew focuses on insurance litigation and dispute resolution. He acts for national and international insurers, as well as large, uninsured entities. He has a diverse range of dispute resolution experience in public and product liability, property damage, construction and third-party recovery claims, and has extensive experience in conducting litigated and unlitigated claims in all levels of New South Wales courts.
